I purchased my Oldsmobile Cutlass at Otto. The sales person was very nice and negotiated with us in good faith. The owner( or he could have been the manager) even came over to say hello and to see whether we enjoyed dealing with the sales person. Every time I call over there to get the car serviced, I can easily make an appointment at a convenient time. I have also used their shuttle service- where they drop me off at work and pick me up afterwards. It was very nice. Of course the down side is that repairs are expensive but I think that is typical with a dealership.
