In the dead of winter my furnace didn't work. I called Rotterdam Heating at 7:00 pm and got a service. Someone called me back right away and talked to me about what was going on. He explained that I would be charged a hefty fee because it was after hours. After I came to, I told him to come over. It was nice not being surprised by the fee. Everything was explained ot me up front. He came almost immediately and fixed the problem within the hour. I would definitely call them again.
