This is my husband's dentist. I guess there are no problems with the actual service, but the office staff is bad. My husband called over there asking whether they submitted a claim form to his insurance. They assured him they did. My husband called the insurance co. several times and each time they said no claim was submitted. He ended up having to submit a claim himself and try to get reimbursement that way because the office staff couldn't get it together.
