I called and made an appointment to get my windshield replaced. I was given a 4 hour window for the following day. I waited until a half hour past the end time they told me. I was told that the tech was running late and would be there in the next half an hour. I told them I had to be somewhere in an hour. This was not enough time to replace the glass or anything. I wasted 4 hours of my day off for nothing and am still driving around with a cracked windshield. Very poor service!
