This restaurant is always crowded wherever it is, but in Palo Alto it is because it's one of the few places that has something for everyone and is easy to maneuver with kids. We just went again today and had a good server. The french toast is amazing! My husband likes the Luau Salad and I go back and forth on food I like. I don't like cheesecake but they have a good 'mud pie' (their cake with ice cream on top) and brownie sundae.
