I’ve only been to Kashmer once, and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. But they were unable to service my TV. The next time I was looking for a repair, we called ahead for an estimate. The cost of the repair outweighed the value of the TV. Unless you have a priceless TV, you are better off going to Walmart to buy a new TV.
