We had to leave our dog for a week. This was our first time leaving him. The staff at Katy Kennels, calmed our fears and took excellent care of Buddy. When we picked him up, he was happy, groomed and seemed to love the staff. We will definately be going there again. I gave 4 stars because they seem to be busy and do not always answer their phone and it takes about 24 hours to hear back from them. That minor inconvenience in well overshadowed by the care they gave my dog.
