Last fall we went looking for a house and went with Windermere. We had both a good and bad experience with them. They were great at helping us find a house but then in the end when we needed an advocate with the Title company they were no where to be found. I was the one making all the phone calls that should have been made by them. Why else was I paying them all that money? I have since heard several complaints from friends about the lack of effort gone into house hunting or selling of houses. Hope if you do go with this company you have a better experience then I.
