I loved working with this lawyer and his assistant. I thought they were professional, covered all of their bases and the price they quoted me in the beginning is the price I paid at the end. my realtor counseled me on calling too much as it could add to the bill. It never did. Atty Martin sat on the phone with me for 45 minutes explaining the process before I had even retained him! And the closing went so smoothly. I would hire him again in a second!
