I had been with Nationwide for over 30 years and I was growing more dissatisfied with them. Fortunately for me, while I was at a Motorcycle Event at Twigg's, Baker Insurance had a rep there named Lori. She was super friendly and helpful! Needless to say, when my policy expired, I went to Baker. Lori found the best rates for the exact same coverage, but for MUCH less than Nationwide. I was able to handle everything online or through the mail during the change over. I called on numerous occasions and Lori always got back to me promptly with the information I was looking for. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I am so happy I went with the Baker Insurance Agency and I am completely satisfied with the service I have received from Lor Gardenhour.
