I have an Oreck vacuum that the cord came lose, I went to my local Oreck dealer to have repaired, the estimate was $45~ 55.00!! I was floored! I called Ballwin Vacuum Center explained the problem, they said they could fix it for $20.00, took it immediately on a Monday afternoon at 4:00pm, said it would be ready in 3 days, great... Tuesday I get a call it is ready the total charge is $11.38!!!!!!!!! Wow, what Great service and what fair and honest prices, with Quick turn around! The salesman was very friendly and helpful explained how to keep vacuum from having same problem again, and even changed the belt!! Service is Superior and the prices are the BEST!!! The Hours are normal business hours and Saturdays too!
