Crown Candy takes you back in time to the days of soda fountains!!! The restaurant is TINY......expect a wait during the lunch time hours, less than 30 seats available, BUT so worth the wait! The food is good and so cheap, but what really brings people in is the Ice Cream treats!!! They are so yummy and so rich and so inexpensive! You can't miss a visit to Crown Candy if you ever visit St. Louis, as a native you must visit!! A true treasure.
Parking can be a problem also, bring change for the meters.....and be prepared to wait for seating...but don't pass up the milk shakes or the malts...to die for!!
