We rent from Day-Lum and have rented from them for over a year now. We have never had a problem with them at all. The representative for our home is kind and friendly. However, when I call her to leave a maintenance order, the orders are very slow to be filled and some haven't even been filled yet (and I put them in months ago). If I talk to the front desk, though, the are almost always done in a timely manner. The employee in charge of our home is especially nice, and always tries her hardest to help with certain problems (like abnormally noisy neighbors, for instance).
