When I was selling my house in the Champaign area (actually, St Joseph, which is 10 miles east, which makes the service even more impressive) everything was all set up with the buyer, or so I thought. The Saturday before the closing (which was scheduled for Monday morning) they called me and said, "Here on the home inspection report we noticed that the insulation is missing off of the a/c line that goes into the house. We'd like it fixed, or $1000 off." I was a bit worried to say the least. It was a simple repair, but I didn't have any insulation to wrap it with or any idea where to get some.
20th Century came out on Sunday, fixed the line for $95 dollars, and didn't charge me any extra for the weekend service call.
