This company did my parent's heating/air conditioning unit when it failed last winter. In two feet of snow, the guy came out and fixed the outside fan unit the same day we called, giving us heat again. He came back the next day to complete the repair on the inside (since you don’t need air conditioning in the winter in Chicago). Even though he rescheduled another job to take care of our “emergency” no heat situation, and he had to make two trips, he only charged for one service visit and did not charge any extra for dealing with the snow. Exceptional service.
