This was Joe O'Brien's first store. Recently it's had some problems; since 2003 when a man name Eric Sonni left to start his own store in Ohio, there has been a string of terrible General Managers who have managed to grind business down to basically nothing.
In January of 2005, Ryan Gremore was brought in from the Champaign store to try and turn this dealership around. In six short months he has made it the #4 Mitsubishi dealership in the country. Ryan was my boss for several years, and I've never known a better car guy. He is highly committed to customer service and he will do whatever it takes to make you happy.
