I was a pretty regular customer here for quite a while--I was working long hours at the time, and I'd send my wife flowers at random to try and make sure she didn't forget who I was. They were always willing to work with me in terms of price; I'd say I want to spend $40 today, or whatever, and they'd cram everything possible into my budgeted amount. They also deliver, and this is where the extra mile comes in: once when I desperately needed to make something up to my wife, they did a special delivery for me on a Sunday afternoon (they usually only deliver during the week).
