I am in the restaurant business and Hotcakes is one of my favorite places to eat. I don't think that they are that overpriced, all of they're ingredients are fresh, and how can you complain about that? Food cost in the restaurant industry in the past year have nearly doubled, so of course that will be reflected in the prices, but that is going on at all the restaurants in town. I eat here at least once a week, if not more, and on the few occasions that i had an unpleasant meal, i notified the management, all of whom are very nice, and they would always replace my entire meal and then some. This is one of the most accomodating places in town, and they know they're stuff. If anybody has ever had a bad experience, tell the management, they always set things right!
