Paschall's has been in business for over 40 years and is family owned and operated. They have a homemade chili recipe that they have always used and it is the best in the state. They offer lunch specials, great sandwiches, bowls of beans, and banana pudding. The cafe is small and is very busy at lunch, but worth the trouble just to get a hot dog.
