Well, I haven't had to have a transmission installed myself, but my dad has and this place serviced him quite well. One of the employees is a very long friend of his and this guy, let me tell you, knows what he is doing. I had another one of my friends take their truck elsewhere for transmission rebuilding and were they sorry they did. They ended up back at Jim's and the transmission was not only rebuilt correctly, it runs better than ever!
