There is no advanatage to shopping at Yale. They are more expensive and certainly have no better customer service than Lowe's or Home Depot. Any problems and they simply refer you to the manufacturer. more

I read all the reviews on Yelp, AngiesList and Judys Book. Good reviews are great, but bad reviews have helped us become a better company and more responsive to our clients.
