My wife's car broke down one morning and my wife took her car there because it's closest from my home. It was computer (PCM/ECM) problem. It took them 3 days to find that out, and they told us it will take a month to get the replacement part. I don't know where they are getting the part, but when I go on-line look for it and it only takes 3 days to get "re-built" one. I have also asked other auto mechanics I knew for years, and they all told me that it is very easy to get the part (since it's American made car). It seems they do not care how long it will take.
Anyway, it is their call where they get the part they are using, but we could not wait a MONTH. So we told them I'm going to take it to other shop to fix faster. They said "fine", and then it took them 2 days to put it back together, and rolled out our car to very corner of the lot in opposite direction so it's harder to tow it way. After I took it to other shop, other shop found bunch of screws were missing. I went back to them to get those but they told me "if it's not there they were not there when it came" which is not true. And same guy later told me he did mentioned it to me over the phone when it was in... He never did it and I told him that. He called me a liar... what the hell!!!! If he told me, he shouldn't say "if it's not there......" And if I didn't ask them bunch of technical questions (I used to be an auto mechanic too) and let my wife to deal with them, they would charge for unnecessary works. I really really recommend people to stay way from this place!!! They are just crooks and liars.
