It was the first time we boarded our dog and we were really nervous, but they put our minds at ease, gave us a complete tour of the facilities and we were able to get a more private room for our puppy that we felt may not traumatize him being in a huge room with many, many kennels. They really seem to know a lot about dogs and like their jobs which is important when you are dealing with your little ones (dogs).
