I wasn't sure what to expect the first time I had an item embroidered! But boy were they helpful. I was really impressed with the quality, customer service, and the prices. I was a little shocked by the turn around time, I only needed a name embroidered on a hooded towel, and it still took a week, but I suppose I need to get in line behind the next guy!, right!
