Staff is friendly but they will not really help you much enless your animal is a patient there. I called them when I wanted to buy flea stuff for my animals and they told me that they were not able to help me enless I wanted my pet to become a patient there which I didnt I had just moved in the area and already had a vet for my animals whom I liked So they told me sorry they were not able to help me. Which I find to be sad sense they turned away business.
