I bought my car, unfortunately from Mike Shaw's Subaru, the salesman, Steve S. (avoid him at all costs) was very helpful until it came time to negotiate the price. At such time he became totally unavailable. Nothing about the sale went smoothly, including delivery.
I tried to speak with the owner, to no avail. The people who answered the phone just put me on hold.
So stressful!!! In this market, they are lucky to have anyone buy a car from them. And I am sorry I did!
