Well, we donated money to the Newport News SPCA because we saw how dedicated they were to the animals they had. We couldn't believe how many animals were there, but they were all well taken care of and in good sized cages. They had a big dog room, a small dog room, a cat room and then an actual petting zoo. At our visit we petted deer, goats, a llama, geese and so much more! Then they even had a few big cats, such as a cougar and a leopard.
We were amazed and gave them a charitable contribution and if you haven't been there, out must go. It is right across from the Va Living Museum.
