I took my bike in to World Cycle to get it tuned up. The gentleman who helped me said my bike did not need a full tune up and only charged me for the things it did need. I thought that was refreshing in this day and age to not be taken advantage of. The people are very nice and knowledgeable. They don't mind answering questions and helping you pick the perfect bike for you.
