Twin Ponds is an exellent place to go, especially if you have children. Located off of Union Deposit Road, it's a big complex with two large rinks and one smaller "pond". There's a pro shop on site, as well as a snack bar. Twin Ponds houses all sorts of ice hockey teams, provides lessons for promising hockey players and figure skaters, etc. The local high school team plays here, too. You can bring your own skates or rent a pair. They do birthday parties, too - you can have the small rink all to yourself and your friends, then have pizza and cake in a small adjoining room. They have open skates regularly.
