I visited Shear Katz because my husband had purchased me a spa package for Valentine's Day. The website looked great, and I was eager to go. My massage was fantastic, the facial was okay, but the cut and makeup application were terrible! I was hoping to leave the salon feeling relaxed and renewed, but instead I was on the verge of tears. Brianna was my stylist and she was just terrible. I will never go back. She spent more time eavesdropping on another stylists conversation and kissing butt with the owner than on my hair! I am still very angry that my husband spent over $150 and I had such a cruddy experience!
I will go back to Trendz in Superior next time, they know what they are doing there!
