Dr. Melnik performed a hysterectomy on my mom and she had complications and his son was to look after her. THey kept sending her to the ER. ER would treat her as a heart patient. On Xmas day she went into the hospital and never came home. Melnik said sorry to my mom after she woke from the coma and before she died, however his office charged my dad for the entire procedure that killed her.
We should have sued but we were in too much pain.
