I have had numerous problems with this restaurant (food delivered wrong mostly) - only on January 10, 2009 I received an order of steamed vegetables that had a rubber band in it and tasted "soapy". I called the restaurant and talked to the manager who did apologize (no compensation). I also filled out the complaint form online, which I assume goes to corporate- and have not received a response. Clearly this may seem minor, only I have not been able to look at- and of course eat - another vegetable since. THAT can be a problem and I am not happy. Thanks for this opportunity to be heard.
