Ordered popcorn items to include in holiday gifts for grandchildren on December 10th because website claims they ship the day or next day after you pay. 8 days later nothing received and a call to Julie only got me a fake tracking number. She keeps saying they are so busy -- so why advertise they can ship the day you pay or the day after OR why not take your money if they can not. Why not just say "We're not going to be able to ship during the Christmas Holidays" instead of ticking people off?
