The Rakow Commercial Realty Group team were such an asset for the sale of my building. The market has been extremely slow, and I was unsure if I'd be able to get my asking price. Fortunately Mr. Rakow is well versed with the White Plains office space market, and quickly found a handful of interested buyers. I'm pleased to say I was able to sell for my original asking price!
