From the inside as a trainee, I observed one of the staff members in particular talking to the kids or better yet injecting fear into the kids. She works weekends aftercare and actually bent down and said "Do you want me to get into your face" Over the phone sweet as pie to parents and in person at drop off and pick up. But if you care about your kids and understand they do not know how to communicate exactly what happens or don't always share what goes on, please take a deep deep deep look at this place.
