I recently purchased several appliances from Willies. Sure, salespeople are readily available and at your beckon call until something goes wrong with an appliance. They gave me the run around big time. All I needed was a replacement, yet I had to get an act of congress to get what I needed. The salesmen were not professional at all. They passed the buck like you wouldn't believe. I would NOT recommend buying from Willies. I believe salespeople should go out of their way to please the customer.
