Showroom is nice and homey, good selection of different styles, staff seemed knowledgable and interested. While I didn't find what I needed the staff was more than willing to place a special order on my behalf. Since there wasn't a catalog available they even went to the manuacters site and printed off pics for me to take home, personal service is always a plus in my book!
