Hands down, the best restaurant in TC. The best wait staff, coolest menu and most excellent food and wine cellar. The menu changes daily and they use lots of locally grown or raised food. It is incredibly fresh and Chef Miles is amazing. When it is available, the Eggplant Costelletti(?) is my favorite, with a smoky tomato sauce...amazing food, don't miss it if you are in town.
