I recently went to B&S for a half day "Beauty Basics" package. It included a manicure, pedicure, facial, and lunch. Upon entering the salon, you are greeted warmly by the friendly staff. The waiting area has beverages and cookies to snack on while you are waiting. The day began with the facial. The facial room includes a super-comfy heated bed to lay on. It was dark and soothing music was playing in the background. It all helped to enhance the relaxing experience. The facialist was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. She used a scrub, heated towels, and a soothing cold eye mask. The manicure and pedicure were also great. The pedicure chair was massaging with a swirling water bath to soak your feet in. Both services included massages of the legs and arms. All of the staff were very friendly, solicitous, and concerned about my comfort during the experience. I would highly recommend Body & Spirit for anyone looking to relax and be pampered for a while!
