I ordered custom "store size" black/white cookies (24). This was put on the order. I was charged $3.00/cookie. Paid in full up front (my mistake). Went to get my order today and see they made "small" cookies. (1/2 the size of what I ordered) Did not want to give me a refund. Finally got 10% back. Not cool. Will not go back.
