This is the Japanese place where you sit around a hot surface and the chefs perform for you. There are approximately 8 to 10 seats to a table and they seat you with other parties if you are a party of less than that, so it's most fun to go with a group. There is a lot of butter used, so not the best place to go if you are on a diet. Shrimp and beef are cooked on the same surface, so if you are allergic, it might be problematic. And obviously, if you keep kosher, it's out. This would be a fun birthday dinner for older kids.
