Have you ever hoped to make a whole meal like the ones seen in "Gourmet Magazine"? Well- if you aren't brave enough to try most of them (like me)- then you can still experience them at Tallgrass. The portion sizes are small- which is characteristic of an actual gourmet meal. But the flavors are outstanding. The atmosphere is cozy and romantic.
