After having 3 kids I finally found a great pediatrician. Our son sees one of the MD's there, and when He has an urgent need has seen the Nurse practitioners or other doctors. All i can say is the staff, doctors, med aides Etc are all wonderful. His doctor takes a very proactive aproach to our sons health and has seen him since he was a newborn. Dr Kilty takes a laid back approach to medicine that allows the parent to be the parent, instead of making them feel like they are under the dictator-like rule of their pediatrician. That type of relationship is great for us as parents specially since we have both already been there and done that with our older children.
