Panache is centrally located in Westerly. It's a good sized shop that sells high end clothing for women. The clothing is cute and fashionable. I didn't say trendy, it's just nice. The clothes generally are for smaller (not heavy) people and the prices are more for people with fat wallets but they are quality clothes.
The shop sells a small selection of furniture (couches and chairs), jewelry, Yankee candles, and cards. They also sell baby items such as Zutano clothing.
Panache has a corner of the store dedicated to bath and body type things.
