I've been a CB patient (with insurance) for over 2 years. Generally getting appts is easy, which is nice. Doing anything else over the phone with them is painful. Their referral office is extremely non-responsive. A simple Rx refill call can easily result in endless phone tag. The health care assts are very friendly. I've seen 3 doctors and 1 PA and have been content with 2 of them. Busy office.
