With petsmart right up the road, you think that this company would do more to pull people in. The animals never seem well taken care of and the staff needs better training. All in all it is acceptable to buy an animal here, as I am sure they adhere to guidelines for quality - but I would check elsewhere first - like petsmart as it is almost right across the street.
