Good: when I used to go there a few years back I loved the lasagna.. Bad: the service. I am NOT sure what was going on to warrant their slowness in answering the bell, but at least the server could have tried to act more professional to an unhappy customer.. Improvements: Train the staff to be more prompt in answering people and providing customer service. we appreciate it when you tell us there's going to be a wait to be seated or served..
