I used this company because I like Paul's conservative views. The services of his company were not good. Despite the fact that I has numerous, documented problems with a bad roof, no working a/c, leaks in the house, the representative of this company caved at the informal meeting and accepted a settlement which barely paid their $75 charge. There is no way one can prance into a meeting with the HCAD leaches, do a bunch of backslapping, and expect a reasonable settlement. The I was billed for the remainder. This should have been an easy job and the company failed me and left me with no appeal. Be very cautious as the results I had were at best, a lackluster job.
