Dr. Chou has been taking care of my children for nearly 4 years. He came to the hospital when my last was born to give him his newborn screening. The kids all seem to like him, despite the needle pokes, so that makes me a happy camper too. The nurse is maybe a little strict with the kids and can be what I would call snappy at times. But the other desk help is courteous and friendly. There hasn't been a time I haven't been able to reach Dr. Chou with my medical questions. He's thorough. He doesn't rush us out. He answers my questions and if I choose not to follow his advice he doesn't harp on me. It is after all the parent's choice.
