My husband had to get a work truck from them once and they were exceptionable with us. Sometimes you run across people that really don't want to deal with you if someone else is paying for things. (his company bought the truck, he just had to pick it up.) They were really nice and they also had a place to keep our kids playing while we did all the paper work. Parking was minimal, but great overall experience.
